SYDY series intelligent high-frequency switching DC power supply system is mainly composed of AC power distribution unit, intelligent high-frequency switching power supply module, main monitoring unit,DC feed-out part silicon stack step-down unit,valve-regulated lead-acid maintenance-free battery pack,etc,It is an important part of SYDY intelligent integrated power supply. As the working power supply for automatic control,power,relay protection, instrumentation,signal,communication and emergency lighting, it is an important equipment to ensure the safe operation of power grids and power plants.
Product functional characteristics
The distributed design of the monitoring system is convenient for installation and testing;the large-screen LCD Chinese character display has a friendly and rich interface,and any fault can send out sound and light alarms and store alarm information,which is easy to operate.
● The power supply of the device is provided by double-circuit AC,and the DC system can realize the interlocking of power supply auto-switching.When the common AC power fails,the backup AC power is automatically switched on.
●The microcomputer insulation monitoring device has the function of automatically monitoring the DC system bus power,insulation and the insulation and distributed capacitance of each branch circuit,and can realize the function of line selection.
●Parallel integrated voltage regulation technology solves the problem of DC system power failure caused by silicon chain open circuit and DC/DC load short-circuit shutdown.
●APFC active power factor correction circuit is used,which greatly reduces the grid harmonics and improves the efficiency of the system.
●Adopting hardware low difference autonomous current sharing technology,the system has ideal current sharing characteristics.
●High frequency switch power supply modules operate in parallel,with N+1 redundant backup mode and fully hot swappable Function,easy to repair and maintain
●Non active automatic working function:When the monitoring device malfunctions or the communication network is disconnected,each device will enter a non-active working state and operate normally according to the set parameters.
●Network communication function:Using network communication technology,real-time monitoring,control,and display of the system's AC power supply,charging process,battery status,voltage regulation status,etc.are carried out throughout the entire process,achieving remote telemetry,remote signaling,remote control,and remote adjustment of the power system.
